v20

v20 members work right at the heart of v, helping to make decisions and consulting with v staff to keep the passions and interests of young people at the forefront of everything v does.

v20 aims to help in promoting youth volunteering and get young people involved in a wide range of opportunities in their community. v20 members change each year, so a new group of 20 young people have the opportunity to have their say and get involved. Anyone aged 16-25 who lives in England can apply to be a member of v20.

v20 members get together for residential weekends where they create and work on v projects. They also attend conferences and events, and get closely involved in different areas of work according to their interests and passions.

Four of v20 also become v trustees, meaning that young people have a part to play in every stage of decision making at v.
