British Trust Conservation Volunteers have a new project in Watford - Green Gym, which aims to give you the opportunity to get outdoors, do some physical work planting and landscaping to improve the environment and improve your own health and fitness at the same time! As well as that, you can learn new skills, meet new people, and gain valuable experience to enhance your CV. If keeping fit in the fresh air while doing something worthwhile sounds better than paying to attend a gym, then why not give this a try - the programme will run every Thursday from 10am - 1pm throughout the summer and onwards,and there are possibilities to expand too.
