FutureYou helps 14-25 year olds overcome the barriers that stop them getting into education, employment or training, or make it difficult for them to stay there. FutureYou also helps young people develop the skills and knowledge they need to access work or education.
www.thefutureyou.org.uk gives young people support online from a range of people including trained mentors (14-25), life mentors (26+), professional advisers and qualified counsellors. Members of the site can also access a range of useful tools and resources that will help you get ahead.
An offline part of the support FutureYou offers is a range of skills development and job ready workshops focusing on areas such as goals and aspirations, how to find opportunities, how to apply for jobs and be successful, and how to nail an interview. Through these workshops you'll also develop core skills such as communication, confidence, working with others and presentation - all of which are transferable to getting the future you!
