The Youth Action Team, part of vinvolved team Sheffield, are currently looking for new members aged 16-25 to help promote youth volunteering across the city!
The YAT help raise the profile of volunteering and support other young people to get involved and take action in their local communities. The YAT achieve this through a range of events and activities in Sheffield which help to:
- identify gaps in youth volunteering
- publicise, promote and market youth volunteering
- support local organisations to enage with youth volunteers
As a YAT member, you'll get the opportunity to learn new skills, meet new people, get recognition for the work you do and have fun at the same time!
The deadline for applications is 31st August 2010.
