Creative? Arty? Time to spare in the summer holidays? Get involved in an exciting upcoming Summer Art Project working alongside other young people in order to help brighten up someone's life through your colourful and inspiring artwork!
A group of young volunteers will be going into a local residential care home for the elderly in Woking to interact with the residents, share creative ideas and paint on canvas.
There will be a number of things to get involved in during the project; we will be painting on canvas, working on a group project called a ‘Community Tree’ and also a photo collage during the few days that we are there. It will be a real opportunity to have fun, meet new people and use your creativity to interact with and make a real difference in these elderly peoples’ lives!
