Key responsibilities:
- Working alongside shop manager deputising and delegating as required, to assist in meeting targets and improving shop performance.
- Managing volunteer teams. Assist in recruiting and training new volunteers.
- Completing paperwork, cashing up and banking in line with shop policies.
Skills and competences:
- Graduate or previous managerial experience preferable
- Willing to make a long term commitment to cover regular shifts
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Ability to delegate and work in a team
- Flexibility.
