Love theatre?
We have some fantastic opportunities to gain an insight into the workings of a large theatre, see productions before anyone else and get your hands on free tickets.
Volunteers aged 16-25 will support the professional attendants as part of the Front of House team. You could be meeting and greeting members of the public; showing people to their seats; or assisting people during the performances or at the intervals.
This is a perfect opportunity if you’re outgoing, positive, enjoy a busy social environment and want to gain experience to make your CV stand out from the crowd.
Volunteers are asked to commit to volunteer for at least once a fortnight for a ‘brochure season’ (usually from September until January or February until July).
On successful completion of training and four volunteer shifts, you will gain access to the Playhouse complimentary ticket list for future shows.
Volunteers are entitled to claim travel expenses up to the value of a ‘Day Rider’ bus ticket.
