The Brixton Pregnancy Advice Centre (BPAC) is a small pregnancy advice centre and charity in Brixton and we are currently need two Fundraisers to join our team in the following roles:
Fundraiser for BPAC
We are looking for a committed fundraiser who can support the work we are doing at the centre, looking into securing funds to develop resources for our centre for the future. We currently hold a Drop-In and Appointment based service twice a week, supporting teenagers, women and couples seeking advice around pregnancy. or who need counselling support.
This is avaliable for someone who can make a regular commitment over a 12 month period.
Fundraiser for Pregnancy Skills Counselling Course
We are looking for a committed fundraiser who can help us secure future funding for our Pregnancy Skills Counselling Course which we hold annually from January - May.
This is a popular course and we need help to locate additional funding for the resources which we use - including text books, manuals, computer hardware/software and a projector.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience of fundraising and researching grant applications in a course context. They would also need to know their way around the systems in terms of the practical aspects of running accredited course.
