Are you 18 – 25? Do you have an interest in working with people with disabilities? Would you like to help to empower people to make personal choices? This could be right up your street! Scope is a charity that supports disabled people and their families. Their vision is a world where disabled people have the same opportunities as everyone else. But they need your support to make this happen. Scope requires volunteers to help out at their Plymouth Community Resource Centre. You will support individuals with impairments to create person centre plans and help them to make personal choices about the services they would like to engage in. Full training and support will be available as well as the chance to work towards a national volunteering certificate.
