The volunteer will help assist the coach during cycling session

The Assistant Cycling coach will be needed to help out with various cycling session during the week. The days and times are unknown but the club can provide more information. The volunteer will need a CRB check (this can be arranged). They must be a confident cyclist and who shows enthusiams for the sport.

Background Information
Tower Hamlets Cycling Club formed 2 years ago with the aim of getting local people from local tower blocks active and cycling, in particular muslim people and families who are get no activity. In the past year they have started sessions for marginlised groups, including Muslim women with young families, Somali young people, and obese groups. They are run by husband and wife, Lakhdar and Janice, who have great passion for cycling, young people and their comminity.
However they do not have skills specific to other aspects of running a growing successful club. Growing the club has meant getting support and funding from different community groups and funding sources, which makes the club accounts and cashflow more complex as they aim to expand.
