Administration Manager
Plan, direct, or coordinate supportive services of the organisation, such as record-keeping, mail distribution, telephone operator/receptionist, and other office support services as and when needed
It is part of an overall strategy to maximise income for, and raise the profile of, RollaDome All Skate.
Initially this job will be a volunteer role for 10 hours a week, working from home and remotely accessing the RollaDome server.
The Admin manager manages all aspects of our Admin services and team and provides administrative support to various departments, dealing with the task of editing, typing, mailing and filing. They keep in account the documentation details and every information regarding product, sales and support and expenditure of the company.
A Provides communication systems
Identifying needs; evaluating options; approving invoices. Provides support to other departments as and when needed.
B Improves program and service quality
Devising new applications; updating procedures; evaluating system results with users.
C Maintains administrative staff
Recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
D Purchases printed materials and forms
Obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approve invoices with guidance of the Chair.
Be Be flexible within the broad remit of the post.
· Abide by organisational policies and practices, including the equal opportunities policy and code of conduct.
· Be self-servicing and able to act on own initiative where necessary.
· Support of RollaDome All Skate fundraising events outside normal working hours
