Brief Description
Initially this job will be a volunteer role for 10 hours a week, working from home and remotely accessing the RollaDome All Skate server.
The CRB Administrator will gather all information for the CRB checks of all members invloved within RollaDome All Skate ensuring that all information is collected and submitted on behalf of the applicant.

Duties and responsibilities
A
Criminal Record Bureau (CRB)
q Manage CRB application and processing for the Trust and internal and external customers:
q Work collaboratively to ensure CRB applications are processed accurately and clearances returned in a timely manner.
q Assist HR/CRB Practitioners to check and approve invoices from CRB database and ensure accurate data is produced and appropriate records are kept in compliance with statutory CRB regulations.
q Assist HR/CRB Practitioner to provide reports and actions for the Trust and schools in relation to CRB status of staff and keep HR Business partners informed on progress of applications.

Data Collection, Inputting and Reporting
q Use HR MIS systems to provide high quality data
q Collect and accurately input data onto HR systems, check dates, update information and produce data as required.
q Contribute to and assist in the preparation and delivery of high quality reports.

Management Information Services (MIS)
q Provide high quality statutory and management information on a regular and timely basis.
q Produce reports and briefings to meet Trust, school and customer requirements.

Administrative Support
q Work proactively and co-operatively to provide an effective and efficient administrative support service
q Provide administrative assistance, including note taking, printing, photocopying, collation and distribution of documents and reports
q Act as an initial point of contact to customers, dealing tactfully and politely with enquiries, following up until resolution is achieved, or escalating as appropriate.
q Support HR MIS/CRB team with any project work as required, including research and preparing presentations.
q Produce standard letters, memos and documents, adapting as necessary
q Raise purchase orders and process invoice as required.
q Ensure hard and soft copy filing systems are maintained and archived; create new filing systems as necessary.
q Attend meetings as required, as part of own development and in order to assist HR colleagues
q To undertake additional or other duties as may be appropriate to achieve the objectives of the post and as directed and deemed appropriate by the Line Manager.

q Develop positive and supportive working relationships with external and internal customers.
q Represent the Trust on HR positively and constructively on projects and in meetings as required.

q Support of RollaDome All Skate fundraising events outside normal working hours (see Working Hours Policy).

q You must promote and safeguard the welfare of children, young and vulnerable people that you are responsible for or come into contact with.
