Groundwork Leeds helps people and organisations make changes in order to create better neighbourhoods, to build skills and job prospects, and to live and work in a greener way.
As part of an exciting new project Groundwork are looking for ‘Games Ambassadors’ to help facilitate play across Community Fairs and events in Leeds, Calderdale and Bradford over the next two years.
Games ambassadors will work to devise a series of games events to run within the community as part of a ‘games initiative’. The project is part of an exciting new campaign that has been launched this summer.
A range of training will be provided to support the volunteers personal and professional development e.g. First Aid at Work, Child Protection training etc. Expenses will be provided.
