Volunteer as an Assistant coach at one of the Team Dorset Athletics Network clubs and you will be mentored through the coaching process, with special coach education days and coaches forums for you to attend to increase your knowledge.
There will be the chance to get a UKAthletics Assistant Coach qualification in 2011, and start on the pathway to a becoming a Childrens Coach or Performance Coach in Athletics.
