    Trees for Cities is looking for a dedicated intern to assist the Youth, Community and Education team either full time or for 4 days a week this Spring between February and March. The intern will provide vital support and assistance for the Youth, Community and Education team in a variety of different areas such as; working with school groups, assisting with community events, helping to deliver our youth volunteering programme, working on community consultation projects, developing fundraising methods and assisting with the team's administration. The placement will be mainly based in Kennington, SE11, but will take you all over London.

     Interested applicants will need previous experience of working within an office-based environment and must be happy to work outdoors as well. Ideally, applicants will have experience in environmental education, managing projects, first class administrative and organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a creative thinker. The position is unpaid, however lunch and travel expenses will be covered.
