Enthusiastic volunteers to help organise fitness and navigation activities for adults and children. Working with experienced coaches. Every week on Tuesday evenings. Helpers do not need to have any specific skills but need to have a friendly attitude.
First session is 5.30 to 7.00 for families and children
Second session is 7.00-8.30 for adults
