The training is being held on Sunday 20th March. Once you have done the training you can volunteer after school, Saturdays and school holidays.

Want to have lots of fun and gain skills and experience working with children with and without disabilities? Then join the YMCA’s Children’s Service and volunteer at afterschool & weekend clubs.This is a great opportunity for those who are thinking about a career in childcare, social care, any mdeical profession and/or have an interest in working with people with special needs.
The next round is training for new volunteers covers first aid, child protection, play, disability awareness, health & safety & much more.

Once you have done the training you can volunteer at the Reigate & Redhill YMCA's afterschool club, Saturday clubs for children and teenagers with disabilities and on holiday schemes for children and teenagers with and without disabilities.The training is always very popular so places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
