We’re now recruiting campaigners for the 2011 festival season. We’re looking for people who are passionate about making a difference; individuals who understand Oxfam’s values and want to help us build a global movement for our new international campaign to achieve food justice.
We need people who are passionate about communicating with others, want to gain training and experience campaigning for an international NGO and who will brave any weather condition to get out there and engage with festival-goers!
Your role onsite as a festival campaigner will be to take the message of our campaign out to the crowds. You’ll be talking to festival-goers around the site and encouraging them to take part in fun and interactive campaigning activities, as well as being the face of Oxfam to help spread understanding of and engagement with the food justice campaign message.
There are still spaces to apply at Isle of Wight, Big Chill, Womad, Leeds and other summer music festivals. -
