Time to Change is taking roadshows to 20 towns across England this summer to get people talking about mental health as part of ‘it’s time to talk, it’s Time to Change’. At the roadshows people with and without mental health problems will chat about mental health – because this is one of the best ways to tackle stigma and discrimination. Get Involved Volunteers with personal experience will be essential to get people talking and we’d like you to be involved! All we ask is for 3 hours of your time to talk to people about mental health. Full training will be given and travel expenses paid.
