We are looking for some volunteers to work with our Head Coach who has over 30 years experience with either helping out with training or assisting with the U7 or U9 teams during match days.
We train on Wednesday evenings and play in various leagues on Sundays from September through to May. We train and play at Wadham Lodge, Kitchener Road, Walthamstow, London, E17 4JP. We have access to excellent facilities including a floodlit Astro Pitch, changing rooms and Sports Cafe etc.
If you are either FA Level 1 qualified or would consider gaining this qualification we would like to hear from you. We may be able to provide funding for the volunteers to do either their FA Level 1 or Level 2 courses to develop their career and gain more experience. We are looking for people who enjoy football and want to work with young people.
After the first season, there would be the opportunity to run one of the teams or continue in a supporting role depending on what the volunteer would like to consider.
Even if you are only able to help with training for one hour per week we would love to hear from you. We are a Charter Standard Club and are part of various schemes who recognise volunteers contributions by awarding certificates and awards which are recognised by the Football Association.
The club would require the volunteer to undertake a CRB check.
