Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday,
Pick up 9:30am, Market Street, Preston (near red phone boxes)
Drop off 4:00 - 4:30pm, Preston Bus Station
The group carry out a wide range of green space improvement works, including woodland management, hedglaying, fencing, willow structure weaving, bulb planting, raised bed construction, on a variety of sites around Blackpool, Burnley, Blackburn, Preston, Chorley, Ormskirk and South Ribble.
Volunteers need to wear suitable outdoor clothing (of which they don’t mind getting dirty) and sturdy footwear. Volunteers must also bring a packed lunch.
