Volunteer Tour Guides will sign up to run our tours on Tuesdays at 1pm. Tour Guides will also be required at some daytime, evening and weekend events.

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic volunteers to give tours to members of the public . The tour will consist of a brief introduction to the history of the library and the new building in Russell Square, a talk on the new exhibition, a walk-through of the archive and a visit to the new Reading Room.
Qualities, skills and experience:
• Friendly and approachable
• Interest in the subject matter (Holocaust and genocide)
• Good communication skills
• Confidence in speaking in front of people
• Commitment to at least 3 tours a month
• Knowledge and interest in the subjectNo experience necessary, full training provided
