More info
Competitions require the participation of Timekeepers, Officials, and Serc Setters to be able to function successfully. You can log your voluntary hours here if you are participating in any of these activities. If you are training to be an official or timekeeper then up to 25% of your voluntary hours can be logged for training (This equates to 12.5 hours for the Vfifty Award).
Competitions also require all hands on deck to ensure a smooth event. If you are helping at an event either by being a body, chaperone, leader, helping with equipment or just providing general assistance then you can also log your hours here.
Please be aware that you cannot log hours for competing.
The RLSS UK Timekeepers Course is a great course to introduce you to being an official in lifesaving. Please contact your local Club/Branch who may be able to help you become involved in a competition.
