In this role, there are many different ways each day can go- nothing's ever the same twice. You will need to have a good telephone manner to answer phone questions, and have good communication skills for face-to-face questions.
There is also the opportunity to help with our marketing and media tasks, so computer literacy would be a valuable skill to have.
