If you have ever thought about teaching or would like to work with young people then this role is ideal for you.
As a peer educator you work with us to develop and deliver your own workshops to school pupils. We encourage you to draw on your own strengths and interests to develop workshops that you are passionate about.
You have full support from the SAV team and are fully supported both in development and delivery.
This opportunity is based in Taunton, Somerset.
Volunteering is a great source of experience, skill building/sharing and regular volunteering can make for an impressive reference for your CV. All SAV volunteers are provided with a reference and certificate on request. As a peer educator you have the added bonus of receiving a BTEC award in peer education with the opportunity to take this up to a certificate level.
