Potential members must live in Camden or Islington . 1A ARTS etc's Youth Arts Focus Group are currently looking for new members to join. The group meets weekly, on a Tuesday evening 6.30 - 8.30pm to plan creative arts projects, events and fundraise throughout the year .They are responsible for the programming of youth and childrens activities we deliver. Being an active member will help you develop skills and experience within the Creative Arts Industries in these areas:
• Arts project and event management
• Workshop planning and delivery
• Decision making
• Working in a team.
So, If you are aged between 16- 25, live locally (Camden, Islington or Westminster) and want to make a positive difference in your community and gain valuable experience to impress future employers, colleges or universities, then please contact Teanne Andrews, Young People's Volunteer Co-ordinator to find out how you get involved.
