The focus for this exciting role will be building on a recent project encouraging local community groups to connect with Oxfam’s campaigns. • Establishing and maintaining links with regional community groups and inspiring them to get involved with Oxfam’s campaigns • Inspiring confidence in the groups to share the knowledge they have gained with their wider community • Working with the community groups to empower them to take action • Creating inspiring resources, and collating and presenting information in an interesting fashion • Manage the administration, monitoring, evaluation and learning of this project Some UK travel will be required for this role especially within the region as face-to-face work with the community groups will be an important element of the role. All work related travel costs will be reimbursed. -
