More info
Waterways Action Squad is a rapidly growing youth volunteering project from The Waterways Trust and British Waterways. We aim to encourage more 16-25 year olds to enjoy and care for the North West's canals and rivers. As a full-time project assistant you will be involved in all aspects of the project and take on a number of responsibilities both in the office and practical activities such as conservation work. The opportunity will allow you to gain an understanding of all aspects of running a charity sector project from planning to delivering, and monitoring and evaluation, and you will make a real contribution to our development. This placement is expected to last for 13 -16 weeks. For more information and a full role description including duties and responsibilities please contact Emma Wright. -
