To support children aged 5 -11 years (and their families) undertaking the Summer Reading Challenge (SRC) at their local library. This year the SRC is ‘Space Hop’.
This will involve:
- Administering the Challenge
Including; Registering Children, filling out forms, handing out stickers and incentives / rewards - Helping the children to find and choose books
- Listening to the children talk about the books they have read
- Helping the children to use the Space Hop website
- Helping to plan and host related events and activities
- Designing and maintaining Space Hop displays
- Creating a Summer Reading Challenge diary for your library
- Administering the Challenge
