Woking Hospice Fundraiser Registration - Abseil & Tyrolean Traverse
At Duke's Court business tower, in the heart of Woking, 2 days will be given to those that want to conquer their fear of heights, experience something new, or team up with friends to do something rather different, fundraising for Woking's local Woking & Sam Beare Hospices!
Both the Abseil and Tyrolean Traverse will be over the Saturday 25 & Sunday 26 September from 10am-5pm. Both activities are run, handled and supported by AC Adventures.
The Abseil height stands at 100ft.
The Tyrolean Traverse will be between Duke's Court and pillar, a distance of 160ft in length at a height of 100ft.Your options:
1. To Abseil:
Registration - £20
Fundraise - £100 minimum2. To Tyrolean Traverse
Registration - £35
Fundraise - £100 minimum3, To Abseil & Tyrolean Traverse
Registration - £55
Fundraise - £200 minimumOn the day, training will be provided for the Abseil by AC Adventures.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come-first served basis and won't be allocated until registration is received.
Cheques must be payable to Woking Hospice. Once money is received, volunteers will be allocated and notified an hour time slot for the day.Closing Date for applications: Friday 17 September 2010
Please note: due to the type of activities, strict criteria is involved. Volunteers for both activities must not exceed 16st (101Kg) in weight, and must be able-bodied. In addition, for the Tyrolean Traverse, individuals must have a good level of fitness and upper body strength.
