Bigga Fish Ticket Giveaway Terms & Conditions.
1.
These terms and conditions [together with any specific rules set out under rule 3 below] are the Competition Rules ("Rules") and apply to competitions relating to the Bigga Fish! Tour unless otherwise expressly stated. By entering the Competition, you agree to these Rules.
2. No purchase is necessary. This Competition is a free draw.
3. The Competition opens at midnight Wednesday 19th October 2011 and closes at midnight on Tuesday 25th October 2011. v reserves the right to extend the closing date at its discretion.
4. Rules specific to each Competition are displayed on the page for such Competition and are incorporated into the Rules.
5. v reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or to substitute the prize for a similar prize in the event of force majeure, as that term is commonly understood. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions.
6. In the event of any dispute as to any aspect of this promotion, any decision by v shall be final.
Qualifying Entrants
7. Entrants must be 18-21 years old
8. Employees (or members of the families or households of employees) of v or any company involved in the Competition are not eligible to enter the Competition. v may disqualify any party if it has reasonable grounds to believe that such party is not eligible.
9. The minimum age for entry is 18 years and the maximum age is 21 years. v reserves the right to request written proof of age of any winner and may carry out checks to verify the age of entrants. Any person found to be outside the permitted age range automatically forfeits the right to any prize.
10. v reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
11. Competitions are only open to residents of England.
12. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Competition, v in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement winner should be selected. In this event, any replacement winner will be selected in accordance with clause [16] of these Rules.
13. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or fraudulent will be deemed invalid.
14. Bulk entries made from commercial agents will not be accepted.
15. Competition Entries
16. The winner will be chosen at random under independent supervision from all eligible entries received.
17. There will be 8 prizes which consists of a pair of guest list entry tickets to a Bigga Fish Tour event and are described in more detail at the end of these Rules. Please read the description at the end of these Rules carefully. Do not enter the Competition unless you are satisfied that you can avail of the prize.
18. Competition entries will be strictly limited to one entry per person.
19. Winners will be notified via email on the days of the respective draw being held. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification (and within the time stated in the notification) may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner. If more than one prize is awarded only one prize per entrant will be awarded.
20. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable attempts by vhave been made to contact the winner, then v will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it thinks fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
21. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. v reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
22. Liability
23. To the extent permitted by law v excludes any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize. V is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination of these, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the Competition.
24. Data relating to entrants will be retained by v for a reasonable period after the Competition closes to deal with any potential queries on the Competition.

Jurisdiction
26. The Competition and Rules will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. The Sites are only intended to be accessed from England and are not valid for use or access in any other part of the world.
