More info
Climate Squad is offering you the opportunity to attend our free event with NUS and receive training to become an EcoTeam leader.
You will learn how to set up your own EcoTeam, how to tackle your environmental footprint and just why it is so important. EcoTeams are groups of people – neighbours, friends, students – working together to make positive changes; from minimising the amount of energy used to cutting down on things thrown away. It will be a fun, informal day to help individuals work to reduce their carbon footprint in an accessible manner.
To register follow this link: Climate Squad: EcoTeam Training with NUS
The training is taking place at various dates at these Universities:
Macnchester
Nottingham
Lancaster
Bristol
What’s in it for you? You’ll learn about climate change through engaging with practical, interactive environmental materials. You’ll be able to build up team work and leadership skills as well as going on to gain experience of grassroots environmental work. We’ll also provide a free lunch.
