At the heart of Climate Squad is our steering group, who meet monthly and oversee the development of the programme - feeding into all the important bits.
The steering group are needed to get involved in all aspects of Climate Squad delivery, from the design of volunteering opportunities and recruitment activities to website content and online social networks. This is a great opportunity for you to help Climate Squad engage with, and inspire young people to take action on climate change.
Here are a few pointers as to what is expected from these core volunteers:
· represent young people and the views of Climate Squad volunteers
· meet on a monthly basis with a quarterly social event to build team relationships
· be consulted with on project developments, new ideas, key decisions and other changes that concern volunteers
· advise, offer feedback, constructive criticism and innovative ideas for the programme

- For new members joining before the 18th September - there will be a residential event on the 18th-19th September which you would be invited to attend.
