Find a company who wastes their lights!
-
More info
At 8.30pm on 27 March 2010, cities, towns and municipalities across the world will turn off their lights for one hour – Earth Hour – sending a powerful global message that it’s possible to take action on global warming. Taking the first step is as easy as turning off a light. So in Earth Hour vein we are asking our volunteers to see who is not taking notice. Head out to your town centre and expose those pesky businesses that have ignored the call to turn their lights off and catch them in the act. But in our good spirits we will contact the business on your behalf and arm you with some great advice so you can meet with them and show them how to: stop wasting lights, cut their carbon use, and save money, all at the same time. Sign up to this opportunity to receive a light audit sheet which helps you identify how much carbon is being wasted by a building and for further info on how to be a part of Earth Hour and Operation Blackout. -
