Terms & Conditions

1. These terms and conditions [together with any specific rules set out under rule 3 below] are the Competition Rules ("Rules") and apply to competitions relating to the Fuzzies competition unless otherwise expressly stated. By entering the Competition, you agree to these Rules.

2. No purchase is necessary. This Competition is free to enter.

3. The Competition is being promoted by vInspired [Registered Charity No. 1113255], 5th Floor, Dean Bradley House, 52 Horseferry Road, London, SW1P 2AF UK (“the Agent”).

4. A copy of the Rules may also be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to:

5. The Competition opens at 9am Thursday 16th November 2012 and closes at 9am on Monday 7th January 2012. Thereafter, prize draws for 5 iPad minis will be made at random from the top 50 entries (top 50 defined by top 50 Fuzzies with the most Facebook ‘Likes’), on Tuesday 8th January 2013. The Agent reserves the right to extend the closing date at its discretion.

6. Rules specific to each Competition are displayed on the page for such Competition and are incorporated into the Rules.

7. The Agent reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or to substitute the prize for a similar prize. Any changes will be posted within these terms and conditions.

8. In the event of any dispute as to any aspect of this promotion, any decision by the Agent shall be final.

9. Employees (or members of the families or households of employees) of vInspired or any company involved in the Competition are not eligible to enter the Competition. Vinspired may disqualify any party if it has reasonable grounds to believe that such party is not eligible.

10. The minimum age for entry is 14 years and the maximum age is 25 years.

11. Vinspired reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

12. Competitions are only open to residents of the United Kingdom.

Competition Entries

13. The 5 winners will be chosen randomly from the top 50 in the Fuzzies gallery at facebook.com/DoSomethingUK. The highest volume of ‘Likes’ each picture generates within the gallery will define the top 50.

14. No cash alternative will be offered.

15. Prizes are strictly limited to one per person, however multiple entries are allowed.

16. Winners will be notified via email / phone call and within seven 7 working days of the draw being held. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification (and within the time stated in the notification) may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.

17. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable attempts by vInspired have been made to contact the winner, then vInspired will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it thinks fit without any liability to the winner for having done so. A period of thirty (30) days will be allowed after notification to the supplied contact details for the winner to claim his or her prize.

18. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

19. The names of the winner[s] will be posted on the vInspired website (vinspired.com/DoSomething) and Facebook page (facebook.com/DoSomethingUk) after winners have been notified.

20. Winners will consent to the use of their own Fuzzies image, individual story and names in direct relation to this Competition in any related publicity by vInspired. By entering this Competition, you give us your explicit consent to this.

21. Winners will consent to the use of their own Reverse Riots picture, individual story and names in direct relation to this Competition in any related publicity by vInspired. By entering this Competition, you give us your explicit consent to this.

22. By entering the competition you agree to vInspired using your information, so that vInspired can notify you of activities and/or events that may be of interest to you. If you do not want to be contacted by vInspired for these purposes, please write to:

Description of Prize

Throughout the course of the campaign (13th November 2012 – 7th January 2012) there will a Fuzzies gallery, ranked on the Fuzzies created with the most number ‘Likes’ on Facebook. On the 8th January 2013, the 50 Fuzzies with the most ‘Likes’ will be put into a random draw. Five winners will be selected on a random basis from top 50 entries who have achieved the highest volume of likes. These Five winners will each win a brand new iPad mini, 16G wireless only, black.
