Act as main contact for all volunteers Identify the volunteer needs of the club and ensure that all volunteer roles have a role description Act as a contact point in publicity information for potential new volunteers To provide support and guidance to all volunteers where appropriate Actively recruit new volunteers, matching them to the vacant positions depending on skills, experience etc To induct new volunteers to the club Keep volunteers pack up to date with latest information and issue volunteer packs to all volunteers Organise social and recruitment events for volunteers Ensure volunteers receive appropriate information relevant to their training requirements Ensure that all volunteer are recognised for the work that they do
