How YOU will benefit:
- A great CV booster (Employers are 73% more likely to employ someone who has volunteered than someone who has not.)
- Improved people skills (Perfect for people that want to go into management.)
- Friendship, cricket clubs are full of diverse people that are approachable and friendly
The person should be driven, motivated and hard-working. The co-ordinator should be able to motivate volunteers. The co-ordinator will be the first contact point for any potential volunteer that wishes to become involved with the club, they will then identify the best role the specific volunteer and organise the appropriate training for that person.
When we need you:
This will be discussed with the successful applicant. The role will mean that the co-ordinator will need to report to the committee therefore will have to attend committee meetings as necessary. They may also have to attend a training seminar so that they can lead the “be involved” session.
