v supports a new generation of volunteers (aged 14-25) across the country. We create a diverse range of volunteering and social action opportunities to help young people take action to improve lives, communities and the planet.

And those are just the ‘selfish’ reasons for volunteering! It’s so very worthy too, helping out individuals, communities, the planet – the list goes on.
