Run Rampage 2011

Run Rampage is an exciting and brand new 10k extreme cross country- multi terrain event which is to be held on Sunday 16th of January 2011 raising money and in support for the charity Help for Heroes.

The venue is MOD's Bagshot army barracks on the D1 and D2 alpine sites, which are their vehicle testing tracks, and as the word alpine describes, expect some very, VERY steep hills!

The running competitors will be challanged both physically and mentally as we know you wouldn't want it any other way. Alternatively, marshalls are needed to be part of a team to support and look after all the extreme runners. Marshalls will be needed on water stations, bag tents, stationed around the 10k course to help alert first aiders, and general responding to those that need help.

With uneven terrain, drade one and two hills, water and thick muddy bogs you name it, it will be an exciting event to witness and be a part of making Run Rampage happen! And you may just get a bit muddy in the process!!
