Aged 16 - 25? A new practical conservation group is running every Friday, from 09:45am to 4:30pm. We will go out each week to work on different nature reserves in the Lancashire area and carry out practical conservation work. This may include: Tree coppicing Footpath maintenance Wildlife habitat restoration Pond restoration and creation You only need outdoor clothing and a packed lunch, everything else is provided, including transport to and from reserve and equipment. We have already established a similar group in Bolton, which is proving a great success.
