Optua

Optua is a Suffolk-based charity providing lots of services and activities so disabled people can be more active and independent.

We help people with physical, learning and sensory disabilities and our mission is to enable and empower people to be their best, whatever their disability.

Our services include leisure and sport activities, disability advice, care and homecare. Our Leisure Service supports people with disabilities to plan what they want to do and then have a load of fun doing it with them!

We help disabled people out and about – providing lots of exciting activities, trips and a chance to get involved in sport.

We are always looking for new volunteers and many of our activities are ideal for young people to get involved in. You don’t need any experience just a great attitude. It’s rewarding and you’ll have fun yourself!
