Off Centre
Off Centre is a counselling, therapy, advice and information service for young people. Anybody aged between 13 and 25 who lives, works or studies in Hackney can use our free and confidential services.
They may……
Have been hurt or abused by someone
Have been affected by a loss or trauma
Feel angry, afraid or out of control
Want someone outside family and friends to talk to
Feel like harming themselves
Feel stuck in their life and unable to move on
We provide a range of different types of support (counselling, art therapy, dramatherapy, information and advice) to help young people have greater control over their lives.
