The Anthony Nolan Trust provides lifesaving donors for children and adults whose final hope for survival is a bone marrow transplant. This charity developed the UK’s most successful bone marrow register.

It continues its innovative work by carrying out world-renowned scientific research to improve the effectiveness of bone marrow transplants. Recently it created the country’s first charitable cord blood programme. Donated cord blood also offers patients their chance for life.

This charity continually relies on financial support from the public, companies and trusts to carry out its work, and has extremely ambitious plans for the immediate future.
