The Who Cares? Trust
The Who Cares? Trust is a UK-wide charity that aims to improve the lives of young people in care. We are looking for young people and young adults who have experience of being in care, to help us. Here's how we try to improve the lives of chidlren and young people in care:
- We produce magazines and booklets designed specifically for young people in care to help them learn about their rights and find out more about other people in care
- We try to improve policy and practice by making sure the views and experiences of children in care are heard by people who make decisions in local authorities and for the country
- We write booklets and training for foster carers, local authorities and other professionals responsible for looking after young people in care
- We develop projects which test out new ways of working
