The Action Team will convene on a bi-monthly basis, review the project activities, steer how targets are delivered, come up with new activities and roles and get involved in other aspects of the project.
This is an additional role to the hands-on volunteering you will be involved in on the hospital wards. It allows you to have a say on how the project is developed and managed.
