Blimey! How the weeks have flown by! From the very first week after our residential in Center Parcs to now, its been one definately stressful but rewarding time! Biggest problem? Getting people to get involved! As many people know, as the time gets close to christmas; people's priorities turn to those who they love the most but whilst I've had trouble getting core volunteers, getting people to help as general volunteers has been really easy!

So what's happened? Well me and one of my core (yay!) volunteers finished the first of our business runs to collect donations, we'd like to thank all those who said yes! and those who'll help us out once we actually have our food raffle! The Big Issue In The North have been very instrumental in helping us organise our beneficiary organisation (who'll hopefully confirm on Monday,) and the posters and leaflets are well on their way to being made.

Guess that's all from me for now - gotta ring up several more places for more donations, more proactive support and to still find that all elusive food hub!
