What leaders have to say
Naomi Barrow
Team V has been the making of me this year. It's an absolutely fantastic program, you work with an awesome network of people and it's like one big family. I honestly believe that some of the friends I've made this year will be friends for life. Aside from that, it gives you the opportunity to learn so many new skills, meet people who you may never have come into contact with before, find out about about issues that you may never have heard of before, and actually do something about them. It's incredibly empowering. You're supported by a team of vInspired staff who're amazing and help you to reach your goals along the way. They're at all of the resis and should you need them during your campaign, they're only ever a phone call away. One of the best things about Team V is that it doesn't matter where you live, what your background is or if you've had any experience in volunteering or leadership before. Team V is accessible for everyone. I didn't know what I was getting myself into when I signed up, but joining Team V was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Teamv helps you to develop your skills and personal awareness. It builds your confidence and self-belief that you can achieve anything if you put your mind to it. There is one of the most supportive group of staff to help you along in your journey. Skills such as leadership, budgeting that you build are just the few that you have heard of however the skills you build on a more personal level such as making a speech for the first time or being motivational to engage a group of volunteers helps is not as well known. Nevertheless you have the chance of have amazing residentials and it's all paid for. Jump at this opportunity, if you don't , you won't understand what you are missing.
