Date: 7th April 2010 Reporting to: Jenny Bowie Commitment: 2 Hours Hours: 4pm – 6pm on 7th April Conditions: Expenses on travel to the venue payable on production of receipt. Free entry to following event. Location: Rich Mix, Bethnal Green Road, E1 6LA You will be working alongside Jenny Bowie to ensure that the venue is set up and ready to open on time at 6pm. Responsibilities will include setting up Lake of Stars banners and dressing the room. You will need to set up the display stalls for supporting organisations and the projector for photography display. The front of house area needs to be prepped and ready for front of house assistants. You will need to work alongside Jenny Bowie with setting up the stage. You will need to work along Venue staff to check the room is set up well. You will be expected to help promote the event through your own network of friends and support the promotions team where necessary. -
