Front of House
- Greet guests, creating an ideal first impression
- Manage guest list and ocurring data
- Ensure the up keeping of the venue
- Educate your self on the theme of the event
- Engage problems before they escalate
- liaise with the guests being polite and willing
- Work as part of a team to ensure that the venue is set up and ready to open on time
- Responsibilities will include setting up Lake of Stars banners and laying out flyers and posters inside the venue
- Help and assist the technical set up
- The Front of house area needs to be prepared and ready for the cashier and guestlist rep
- You will be expected to help promote the event through your own network of friends and support the promotions team
- Capture the theme of the event
- Capture the highlights of the event
- Anticipate and capture the mood
- Have the skills to be in the right place at the right time
