  • Greet guests, creating an ideal first impression

  • Manage guest list and ocurring data

  • Ensure the up keeping of the venue 

  • Educate your self on the theme of the event

  • Engage problems before they escalate

  • liaise with the guests being polite and willing  

  Production Assistant

  • Work as part of a team to ensure that the venue is set up and ready to open on time

  • Responsibilities will include setting up Lake of Stars banners and laying out flyers and posters inside the venue 

  • Help and assist the technical set up

  • The Front of house area needs to be prepared and ready for the cashier and guestlist rep

  • You will be expected to help promote the event through your own network of friends and support the promotions team 

  Photographer

  • Capture the theme of the event

  • Capture the highlights of the event

  • Anticipate and capture the mood

  • Have the skills to be in the right place at the right time 

  All the volunteers must contain good punctuality skills
